PLACEMENT TRAINING
This is about one’s career. Some guidelines for college students and job seekers with industry experience are given below.
College Students
The Interviews for selection of candidates take place in different phases over a period of time.
EOI. To begin with there is an expression of interest by the colleges and the companies. Both of them need one another for the country’s industrial development. Therefore, either way, one approaches the other and they exchange what they have to offer each other.
The colleges have the list of students who are employable and ready to handle different roles in various companies. The companies have vacancies in different verticals and want freshers to fill up these vacancies.
Pre-Placement Meet/ Talk (PPT): Once the interest in both sides are evinced, the companies are invited to the campus for a pre placement talk/ meet. The announcement is made in the campus and students for whom this job content is relevant attend this meet. The companies explain to the students about their products and what they are looking for. Pay packages are also announced, this being one most awaited information that the students look for.
Application: The students apply to the company for the roles that they choose based on the PPT information before the deadline.
Shortlist: The companies go through the applications and shortlist those that they find suitable and meeting the criteria. This shortlist is sent to the college and the college in turn informs the students.
Selection Process: The selection process would involve all or some of the following:
a. Aptitude Test
b. Group Discussion
c. Technical Interview
d. HR Interview
OUR ONLINE PLACEMENT TRAINING INCLUDES: APTITUDE TEST, GROUP DISCUSSION AND HR INTERVIEW
ONLINE BATCHES COMMENCE MONTHLY, ON EVERY FIRST AND THIRD MONDAY.
THE CLASSES ARE HELD FROM 6 AM TO 8 AM AND 6 PM TO 8 PM ON MUTUALLY CONVENIENT PREDECIDED DATES
THE TRAINING SCHEDULE IS GIVEN BELOW:
Day 1: INTRODUCTIONS, NEED IDENTIFICATION, AND REFINING RESUMES, CVs
Day 2 & 3: APTITUDE TESTING WITH ONE SAMPLE QUESTION PAPER TO BE SOLVED
Day 4 & 5: GROUP DISCUSSION WITH TWO MOCK GROUP DISCUSSION AND POINTS FOR IMPROVEMENT ABOUT EACH INDIVIDUAL PARTICIPANT
Day 6 to 10: HR MOCK INTERVIEW OF EACH PARTICIPANT, WITH COMMENTS ON PERFORMANCE AND POINTS FOR IMPROVEMENT
(The schedule may change dependent upon the performance and the need of the participants)
Fee: Rs 5000/- per participant
PARTICIPANTS WITH INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
This is flexible and dependent upon the vertical to which the participant belongs. The ONLINE process includes:
1. Need identification and initial discussion
2. Resume building and elaboration of the points mentioned therein
3. Practice of selection process as per the industry standards
Duration: Depends upon the candidate and the position sought in industry. A generic template of three days at an hour per day will be applied.
Batch: Every batch shall have a minimum of five participants.
Fee: Rs 2500/- per participant
